I am a firm believer that everything happens in my life for a reason. Everything. Not everyone prescribes to this axiom so I intentionally stated “I” because I don’t want to generalize this belief as universally commonplace. But the universe knows what you need in your life, you just have to pay attention to the signs around you.

I personally needed the advice from Will Smith autobiography. I needed to see the clarity of my future again, and more so than not I think everyone does.

As the world returns to a new normal after the devastating effects of COVID-19 and other social and natural disasters people needed permission to see their life as they have always imagined. This is not an easy task, especially after experiencing a raging death toll; isolation; an enormous amount of social injustices; and enduring the grueling feat of. trying to figure out why it is all happening simultaneously. Needless to say these last couple of years have just been downright adverse.

However, if you can create a vision for yourself, you can see your way to obtaining your goals through the proverbial murky waters of life. And sometimes, just sometimes you may have to use someone else’s vision if you don’t have the strength to find and create yours, and that is okay.
